Cancellation and Refund Policy - Attendees Registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee per registration) if the request is received in writing by email no later than Friday, August 11, 2023. There will be NO refunds after the Sept. 2nd deadline OR for no-shows. Substitutions for persons in the same organization are allowed at no fee, but must be sent in advance by email to Laura Calderon, lcalderon@iltransit.org, prior to the start of the conference.
